Case Manager – Women’s Addiction Recovery
We have an exciting opportunity for someone who as a desire to work with women who are struggling with addiction and would like to utilize their skills and experience for God’s purposes.
Some Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):
- Be the first point of contact with potential residents.
- Manage and perform the resident intake and exit processes, following UGM guidelines and ensuring accurate communication with external agencies.
- Regularly meet with the residents, building a trusting relationship and to review and evaluate goals to ensure they are being met.
- Coordinate meetings with outside agencies that are involved in each residents case plan.
- Perform administrative tasks ensuring UGM systems and government regulated confidential and security guidelines are met.
Must agree with UGM’s Statement of Faith and meet Qualifications for Employment.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
