This is a one year term position. We have an exciting opportunity for someone with pastoral or chaplaincy ministry experience to join our team at 320 Princess St. location. The work hours will be from 12:30pm to 8:30pm, from Monday to Friday.
Some Duties are:
- Teach Bible classes to men’s residents/interns, and guests from the community
- Provide biblically based counselling support to residents/interns and guests from the community
- Provide supervision and occasionally preach during our chapel services for the street ministry
- Provide assistance with our drop-in services
Some Qualifications are:
- Agree with our statement of faith and meet qualifications for employment
- Sound discernment and wisdom in decision-making and strong conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in theology or Biblical studies
- Several years’ experience in pastoral ministry, chaplaincy or counseling
